R.I.P. Sprint, you served us well
With Enraging Charge in da house, Sprint has seemed to go the way of the dodo bird. And understandably so. But this poor skill was a warrior staple for so long, is there any way to revive it? Are there any viable changes that could be made to it to at least have people consider using it again? At first I was thinking making it 33% speed boost, but that still wouldn't make it favored over Enraging.
Maybe make it a little like Natural Stride, 25% speed boost and 33% block, but drop the enchanted / hexed condition since the values are lower? Bah, that would just buff it for Monks over the Assassin secondary skills, unless they scale the duration similar to Burst of Aggression. I don't know... maybe good ol' Sprint is dead forever.

Shorten the duration. If it takes you 10 seconds to catch up to someone and hit them, you're doing it wrong (someone pic pls). :P

True, but given a choice between keeping the stance active and getting the adrenaline, I know which one I'll choose. Not to mention that once you hit said foe, you'll almost or fully have enough adrenaline for Rush anyway.

sprint:
3-10 second duration (1-16 strength)
10 second recharge
may need the addition of 33% faster r/w.
Why?
1. Viable for canceling frenzy
2. Competes with Enraging for a speed boost effect
3. Maybe we will see Warrior Flagrunners :P
Oh, and shorten the duration on Enraging. Twelve seconds to run up and hit someone is rediculous.

I am in favor of leaving it unchanged.
Can't we just let it be a relic of the past?

Enrage + Crip Slash > Sprint
Enrage > "To the Limit!" > "You Will Die!"
Do we really want to try to make them equal? The only real option would be a nerf to Enrage, which would be kind of unfortunate IMO.

2 different skills with entirely different uses, I really don't see the problem??
kvndoom; You said given the choice between the two you know which you will choose.
Thats fine but just because it is what you choose for what you are setup with it doesn't mean the other doesn't work or won't be chosen by someone else for an entirely different reason.

If you don't have a reliable snare (like cripslash), you still run sprint over enraging, so people can't kite you to mitigate all damage. Unless you can afford (energy & second profession) to use dash or pious haste. The real competition is still rush, and it's just so strong to run the triple-stance bars for a flagstand war.
There actually is still a good place for sprint on cripslash wars who run mending touch and don't want to spend points in strength.

Decreasing the recharge would be good, something like 15 or 10 seconds.
